The Company founder, Albert Sheppard receives the Bachelor of Science in Technology Management Degree from DeVry Universtiy in Fremont California.

January 18th, 2008 — Early Milestone Achieved
Telemed Health Hipaa Dicom HL7 Pacs.Com, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Trade Route, has been incorported as a Delaware corporation. The legal filing was completed by the Delaware law firm Spiegel & Utrera P.A. on January 18th, 2008 and includes State Filing Fees, Corporate or Company Seal and Book, Certificate or Articles of Incorporation, Corporate Minutes, and Stock Certificate.

December 31, 2007 — Preparation for filing for incorporation in the state of Delaware have been completed as shown below:

  • Articles of Incorporation

  • Consent of the Initial Directors of Global Trade Route, Inc. (GTR, Inc.) In Lieu of an Organizational Meeting

  • Organizational Meeting Held By The Incorporator Of Global Trade Route, Inc. (GTR, Inc.)

  • By-Laws Of Global Trade Route, Inc. (GTR, Inc.)

Within these documents are the following relevant stock provisions:
  • The Corporation may issue rights, stock options or warrants for purchase of shares of the corporation.

  • Stock options may be offered to management as part of executive compensation package and to other staff and to non-employees including suppliers, consultants, lawyers and promoters, and to members of the board of directors for services rendered.
